physical contact. This is allowed, but with permission and within reason. Nicole is a mage primarily, and thus is better-suited to ranged combat. If they are scuffling, chances are she will try to maintain distance.
physical affection. This is also allowed but, again, within reason... randomly hugging her will assuredly be taken poorly or rejected outright. If you've established a rapport, clasping her hands will likely be the extent of what is allowed unless she chooses to initiate further affection.
mind reading. Good luck, she's behind seven proxies (mental barriers). An incredibly powerful mage has to have some level of mental defense!
magical information. As mentioned above, Nicole is an incredibly old and incredibly powerful mage. In addition, she is an angel. In Genshin, this is currently more of a nebulous concept than a concrete one, but it enhances her spellcasting and the ability to see into the future. Her magic primarily manifests as fire, and she can utilize it both offensively and defensively.
psychic and psionic information. Her primary form of communication is telepathic, so psychic communication is kind of a given here. This also means that for a few seconds after she has communicated with someone, her stream of consciousness is likely to be audible.
